PetSmart Ways to Shop Refresh
My team at PetSmart was asked to give the Ways to Shop Service at PetSmart a bit of a refresh as it was initially created in the scramble of Covid 2020. This direction was pitched to give PetSmart more own-able iconography in the category — really leaning in to the red and blue combination from the main PetSmart logo and creating more robust icons than what existed currently. Additionally we wanted to simplify the system to make it easier for the customer to understand the many different shopping options. However, in the end leadership elected to go in a different direction.
